SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with FavStarBeauty. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States.

1) Shipping Locations

FavStarBeauty currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3) Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): approximately 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect/incomplete address, or

  • failed delivery attempts,

you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

If you notice an address error, email us immediately at ahouans.2014@gmail.com. We will try to update it if the order has not been shipped yet, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first.

  • FavStarBeauty is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery; however, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

8) Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can:

  • Reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus original shipping fees (if applicable), once we receive and inspect the package.

9) Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ahouans.2014@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos/video of the damage and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution.
