FavStarBeauty sells hair products including human hair and synthetic hair items (such as wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and accessories).

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately. However:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly because hair is a natural/synthetic material and can differ by batch.

  • Measurements (length, density, etc.) may have minor variations.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers available on our store platform. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5) Shipping (US Only)

We ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.

6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, return eligibility requires items to be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Return/refund rules, timelines, and exceptions are stated in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Refund Policy will control for return/refund issues.

7) Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotions and discount codes:

  • May have expiration dates and additional terms.

  • Cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Are not valid on prior purchases (unless required by law).

If you offer gift cards, they are non-refundable except where required by law.
